Sunday Summary.

Sunday Summary Week Two.  Congratulations you have made it another week! Today completes week two of The Love Challenge. During the second week you have prayed together, you have engaged in pillow talk, learned how not to fight and have made a commitment to fight fair, you have made a proper apology, performed random acts of kindness for your loved one, and have had and/or scheduled a date night. Week two has been amazing! This week has been full of challenges that require us to step outside of ourself, to humble ourself, and to enhance the love and intimacy with our loved one.

Today I challenge you to review week two.  I encourage you to take this time to reflect on how the second week went for YOU. Are you still having fun? Have you felt challenged? Remember, if you find yourself struggling with a day challenge, don't give up, just keep practicing. Again, I don't expect you to gain all of this overnight.  The day challenges are short-term goals. The long-term goal is you incorporating the day challenges into your life, into your relationship everyday.  The long-term is you LIVING the daily challenges not just doing the daily challenges.  

If there is something in the challenge that makes you feel good then do more of it.  For the things in this challenge that are difficult for you, explore that, and be honest with yourself about your findings. We are halfway through the challenge. If you have made it this far I applaud you, I thank you, and I want to see you at the finish line in two weeks.  If you have missed a few days, that’s okay too, forgive yourself, and pick up where you left off.  If you are just now joining us, welcome!  We are happy that you are here and ready to love better!
