Top 3 Reasons Why We Luv Essential Oils

I have been asked quite a few times why my family and I use Essential Oils. Typically that question is then followed up with more questions such as, "What's your favorite essential oil, what scents do you use the most, what's a good starter kit, what essential oil do you recommend for (insert emotion and/or health issues here), etc etc."

I cannot answer all of those wonderful questions in just one post, but I would like to start by sharing the top 3 reasons my family and I luv Essential Oils!

Essential oils are natural chemical compounds extracted from various parts of a plant, such as the plants leaves, flowers, stems, roots, and/or bark, etc. They can be used topically, aromatically, and/or internally (please note that not all oils are made the same so some are not safe for skin contact and/or ingestion). Choose your essential oils wisely because purity is extremely important!

1.) As you may already know we luv to do things as naturally as possible in our family.  We have found essential oils to be one of the best natural ways for us to maintain our natural living habits. We use essential oils for emotional & physical health, cleaning, beauty & bath products, cooking, stress management, and hormonal & emotional balance.

2.) Essential Oils have helped our family ward off illnesses, manage pain, boosts our mood, create space for better quality sleep and relaxation, and improvement for our cognitive functioning. We find joy in knowing that we can use an essential oil in our daily living to improve our quality of life.

3.) Although essential oils can be used in a variety of ways, as mentioned above, topically, aromatically, and/or internally. We have found that owning an essential oil diffuser goes hand in hand with owning essential oils. The two go together are like almond butter and jelly!
